THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE
The formation of a methodically competent teaching staff directly depends on the results of the activities of experienced teachers who successfully use innovative teaching technologies in their practice. After all, a modern teacher actively studies innovative teaching technologies, increases the level of professional competencies, both independently and on the example of his mentors. Based on this, the main purpose of the work of shpo in the College is to improve the professional competencies of the teacher and the dissemination of best practices through the introduction of advanced innovative technologies in the educational process.
This work is carried out through the activities of creative groups, which create communication platforms for the establishment of professional contacts, exchange of experience, ideas, professional skills and abilities. The peculiarity of the work of creative groups is that it is not an Association of teachers of "related" disciplines, but a community of teachers working in "related" technologies. This organization of work creates an atmosphere of cooperation between teachers for the study and application of advanced learning technologies.
This year on the basis of shpo the following creative platforms work: dual training, modular training and school of cooperation.
One of the actual directions of shpo work is the introduction of modular competence approach in education. The created creative platform "Modular training" unites the leading teachers having experience in the conditions of dual training on a specialty "the Organization of service of hotel farms", and now the first introduce modular training: Sadykova R. K., Musina A. Z., Shaikova G. K., Kusainov M. T., Edygenova Z. T. Teachers have received theoretical training (Musina A. Z., Shaikova G. K., Edygenova Z. T.), organized by nao "Kasypkor", participate in the development of educational documentation, systematize and adapt the educational and methodical complex of disciplines for modular training. Methodical recommendations of teachers and exchange of experience will become for pedagogical collective a basis for introduction of modular training on specialties: "Information systems", "Translation business", "Preschool education and training" and others.
A system of mentoring has been successfully established, which is an effective and efficient way of professional development of a young specialist. Teachers serkebaeva M. K., Ospanov A. E., Doschanova G. K., Zhakupova R. T., Kalieva A. G., Katrenova A. K., Sembina S. A. provide methodological assistance in the use of modern methods, techniques and educational technologies in the educational process, contribute to the formation of individual style of the young specialist.
The composition of shpo from year to year is replenished by young, energetic teachers: Magzam A. S., Abuova Zh. E., kasen G. A., Shayakhmetova D. A., Edygenova Z. T., Zhumabaeva Z. A.. Having a short work experience, they successfully use innovative technologies in their teaching activities and have methodological baggage for the dissemination of experience.
Studying, generalization and use of advanced pedagogical experience allows to conduct more successfully educational process, to improve quality of work of pedagogical collective therefore teachers not only reveal and introduce advanced experience, but also set tasks for distribution of experience outside of College.
